What kinds of plants can it grow?
LinneBox is suitable for thousands of diferent types of plants. Many of the houseplants thatcome in a pot will grow well on a terrplanter. The plants that grow naturally in the junglerainforest, or near a water source are best suited for the terraplanter. Some examples includetypes of: lettuces, tomatoes,pepper,ferns, begonias, mints and more. Each example given is afamily which consists of thousands of types of species.
How long can plants go without watering?
Thanks to its self-watering system, LinneBox can keep your plants hydrated for up to 14 days. Just refill the water tank every two weeks.
Does it require Wi-Fi or an app to work?
No Wi-Fi or app is needed. LinneBox runs independently — just plug it in, add water, and let the built-in system take care of the rest.
l am a beginner in planting. How long does it take to set up?
The design of LinneBox is very simplistic and beginner-friendly, allowing for immediate useright out of the box. lf you need to further customize the lighting settings, it will takeapproximately 2-3 minutes.
Can I place it in my living room? Or even hang it on the wall?
Linné Box is designed specifically with indoor environments in mind — including lower light conditions. That’s why we’ve built in adjustable grow lights, fully controllable via our companion app.
You can place it or mount it anywhere in your home — it blends into your space like a living piece of art.
How do you place soil-grown plants in LinneBox?
Some plants with strong root systems can be directly placed into the LinneBox after their roots have been cleaned, as long as the roots can touch the water surface (sponges can also be added if the roots are not long enough), such as Epipremnum aureum, Pilea cadierei and Mint. Other plants need to have aquatic roots induced before being placed in，such as Begonia,Succulent plants.
Can it be used to grow indoors and outdoors?
This really depends on the type of plant, We recommend growing on your terraplanterindoors and in a well-lit area. Despite our recommendation for indoor growing, we have alsosuccessfully grown multiple plants outdoors. When growing outdoors you should take care totry and avoid strong winds and direct sunlight for long durations.
