If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee or a replacement. Please contact us within three days of delivery, and we will either provide a full refund or send a replacement item, no questions asked.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products you purchase with us.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

2-Hour Grace Period: You have 2 hours from order placement to request cancellation or changes.

Unfulfilled Orders: If your order hasn't been fulfilled, we may still be able to cancel it beyond the grace period.

Fulfilled Orders: Once packaging and shipping begins, cancellation is no longer possible. Cancellations made after the 2-hour grace period are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@linnegarden.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions including the return address. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days.
